Returns and refunds

At Kbeauti Skin TT, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please contact us before returning any item. Email or call before any items are returned. 

7-day return window

You may request a change-of-mind return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and sealed, in their original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase and the customers is responsible for the return delivery fee of $40.00 and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

How to request a return

Email veloratradeanddistribution@gmail.com or WhatsApp +1 868 345-6706 with your order number and details of the item. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return delivery fee

For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays a return delivery fee of TTD $40.00 and a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price . Original delivery charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and photographs where possible. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy. The TTD $40.00 return delivery fee does not apply where the issue is our responsibility, and we will cover reasonable return delivery costs in those cases. The 7-day change-of-mind window does not limit your rights under applicable law.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a change-of-mind return, we will notify you whether it has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. If that is not possible, we will agree a suitable refund method with you. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
